Golden Boomerang Awards 2025: First Results and Monthly prize giveaway

The global annual traffic tournament prizes are awarded monthly for completing special tasks – the following drawings will be held on April 3 and May 3, 2025.
Boomerang Partners, a rapidly growing global brand, recaps the first month of its second annual Golden Boomerang Awards 2025 affiliate traffic tournament. More than 400 affiliate teams from all over the world are participating. They’re racking up points! The race in the sports betting leaderboard is tight, while one casino team has surged ahead. With two months left, it’s all still up for success!
There will be a total of three monthly giveaways throughout the tournament. The recipient of the first prizes for completing additional tasks was announced – the winner is team Leetz.
First-month giveaway
The winner can choose their prize between an all-inclusive trip to an AC Milan match, an iPhone 16 for team members, or pick up the winnings in cash. In the first month of the tournament, participants had to fulfill some conditions to have a chance to be entered into the draw: generate a specific FTD limit, subscribe on Boomerang Partners’ social networks, and leave a review about working with Boomerang.
The second month giveaway is coming
The next giveaway is on April 3. To participate, the affiliate team must be a tournament contestant and complete additional tasks between March 3 and April 3:
- Generate a minimum of 40 FTD on sports betting and/or a minimum of 80 FTD on casino;
- Leave a review about working with Boomerang Partners on the platform TrustPilot;
- Use special banners provided by Boomerang for promotional purposes on their resources.
Boomerang Partners has prepared cool prizes for the winner: a trip to a sporting event with a unique experience, MacBooks for the team or a prize in the form of a cash equivalent.
The drawing and announcement of winners will take place on April 3 on Boomerang Partners’ social media channels.

MGA: The 2025 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire is Now Live

The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) has made the 2025 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ 2025) available on the Compliance and Supervision Platform for Assessing Risk (CASPAR) portal as from 3rd March 2025.
The deadline for gaming operators to submit their REQs is 10 April 2025.
To assist with the process, an Excel and PDF version is available in advance for information gathering. However, submissions must be made exclusively through CASPAR.
Failure to submit the REQ by 10 April 2025 may result in breaches of Regulation 19 of the PMLFTR and Sections 5.12 of the Implementing Procedures, which could lead to administrative penalties under Regulation 21 of the PMLFTR.
Operators must be registered on CASPAR and ensure their Subject Person Profile is up to date, including ownership details, financials, target markets and a Business Risk Assessment.
Operators who did not engage in “relevant activity” or “relevant financial business” during the review year may request an exemption by emailing [email protected] before the deadline.
