Tombola Announces I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Sponsorship for 7th Year

tombola, Britain’s biggest bingo site, announced the extension of its long-standing partnership with one of ITV’s biggest entertainment shows I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! for the seventh consecutive year. With the latest season airing in November 2023, tombola and its famous bugs are once again infiltrating the jungle.

This year, the much-loved #tombolabugs will make a return and add a touch of humour to the show’s sponsorship idents. These quirky bug characters, a staple of tombola’s partnership with I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, have become fan favourites, bringing some laughter into the ad breaks on ITV1, STV, STV Player and ITVX.

Fans can follow the bugs’ perspective on camp life through the tombola and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! social media accounts, as well as the dedicated apps and microsites. They can also join the conversation using the hashtag #tombolabugs and catch the bugs in action during ad breaks.

To make this year’s sponsorship even more exciting for players, tombola is inviting people to play “Bug Match”, a free-to-play game featuring the tombola bugs. Players, both new and existing, can engage with the bugs daily during I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! for a chance to win prizes up to £1,000. With over 500,000 winners expected, “Bug Match” adds an extra layer of fun to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! experience, exclusively on tombola.

Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc. announced that Carlo Santarelli has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, a new position at the Company. Mr. Santarelli will begin his new position on August 18, 2025 and will report to GLPI President and Chief Operating Officer, Brandon Moore.

Mr. Santarelli brings over 25 years of Wall Street experience in Equity Research and Investment Banking to his new role and joins the Company from Deutsche Bank where he was Managing Director of Gaming & Lodging Equity Research. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Santarelli held similar positions at Bear Stearns, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. He consistently ranked highly in Institutional Investor and other sell-side analyst research polls as a thought leader in the space, providing unique perspectives on industry events and trends with his data-driven approach and stock picking talent. Carlo Santarelli graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics in 2000.
