AvatarUX introduces brand new mechanic and shiny new characters in its latest slot LooneyPop™

Award-winning slots studio AvatarUX has rolled out LooneyPop™, the first title to feature its thrilling new mechanic ZapReel™, taking the playing experience to new heights.

The Mad Professor takes centre stage in the latest release from the producer to use the popular PopWins™ mechanic, as he looks to bring monsters from his nightmares to life.

In base play, winning combinations ‘pop’ and symbols are replaced by two more, increasing reel height and expanding the paylines available up to a whopping 118,098 ways to win.

The studio’s new ZapReel™ mechanic sees an additional reel added atop the grid, holding three cells. On each spin, the ZapReel™ displays the special Feature Rewards, which can be awarded at random. Every new spin resets it to display a new set of rewards. The potential rewards include an additional Multiplier, Expanding Wins, Synced Reels or brand new Split Symbols.

During base play, increasing the reels to six symbols high triggers the Free Spins. During this mode, reels start at six symbols high and can increase up to nine, while the ZapReel™ is present throughout, rewarding players significantly.

Before entering the feature, players can increase the number of free spins by spinning the Gamble Wheel with 18 spins up for grabs.

During the free spins, a multiplier increases by 1x after every consecutive win. If a reel is unlocked to its full height, then a 2x multiplier is added.

In certain jurisdictions, players can progress directly to free spins via the Buy Bonus Feature.

LooneyPop™ is the latest release by the award-winning studio, with its portfolio of content significantly expanding over the course of 2022 to incorporate numerous engaging mechanics and themes, such as PopWins™, MultiPop™ and the brand new ZapReel™.

The game is initially available exclusively to AvatarUX’s partners with direct integrations and will be rolled out globally later in the year.
