Swintt turns up the heat with scorching new Path of Dragons slot
Hot-shot software providers unveil sizzling new Select release where fire-breathing dragons can blaze a trail across the reels to unlock Free Spins and massive multipliers

Should two dragons descend on the reels simultaneously, any point where their paths intersect will be transformed into a substitute wild, while if all three pass over each other together, the aforementioned wild will be upgraded with a 2x multiplier. Not only that, but landing three dragon scatter symbols at once will also trigger the game’s main feature, where even greater rewards await.
Whenever this happens, players will be awarded an initial eight Free Spins as the skies are set ablaze and the misty mountain backdrop transforms into a sea of fiery red. Now whenever a dragon scatter symbol lands, all symbols in its path will instantly be upgraded to substitute wilds – while any two dragons that cross each other’s trails will apply a 2x prize multiplier to the wilds that they leave behind.
Should players be fortunate enough to again land all three dragons during the Free Spins feature, not only will they receive an additional eight games, but the trio can also combine to create an even bigger 5x prize multiplier on any wilds that invariably leads to huge payouts whenever it appears on the reels.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board has reported that Detroit’s three casinos—MGM Grand Detroit, MotorCity Casino, and Hollywood Casino at Greektown—collectively generated $106.9 million in revenue for August 2025.
Table games and slot machines accounted for $105.7 million of the monthly total, while retail sports betting contributed $1.2 million.

• MGM Grand Detroit: 48%
• MotorCity Casino: 30%
• Hollywood Casino at Greektown: 22%
Table Games and Slot Machine Revenue
Revenue from table games and slots decreased by 4.6% compared with August 2024 and 0.3% from July 2025. From January 1 through August 31, combined table games and slots revenue was down 1.2% year-over-year.
Casino-specific revenues compared to August 2024 were:
• MGM Grand Detroit: $51.7 million, down 4.0%
• MotorCity Casino: $31.2 million, up 1.4%
• Hollywood Casino at Greektown: $22.8 million, down 13.0%
The three casinos paid $8.6 million in state gaming taxes in August 2025, down from $9.0 million in August 2024. They also submitted $12.6 million in wagering taxes and development agreement payments to the City of Detroit.
Retail Sports Betting Revenue
In August 2025, the casinos reported a combined retail sports betting handle of $6.8 million, generating $1.2 million in gross receipts. Qualified adjusted gross receipts (QAGR) from retail sports betting decreased by 26.7% from August 2024 but increased 20.2% from July 2025.

• MGM Grand Detroit: $264,076
• MotorCity Casino: $548,749
• Hollywood Casino at Greektown: $427,999
The casinos paid $46,903 in state taxes from retail sports betting revenue and submitted $57,326 in wagering taxes to the City of Detroit.
Fantasy Contests
Fantasy contest operators reported $513,880 in adjusted revenues for July 2025 and paid $43,166 in taxes.
