Pragmatic Solutions adds mentor to reinforce customer options
Leading iGaming player account management platform provider recognises the excellence of Neccton’s mentor
Neccton has signed up yet another tier-one solutions provider to the iGaming industry, with Pragmatic Solutions the latest to adopt the mentor software.
Pragmatic Solutions’ platform gives gaming operators complete control over business operations while managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enjoying extensive flexibility in the structure and management of bespoke promotions and player experiences.
With the addition of mentor, Pragmatic Solutions customers can now add world-leading Responsible Gambling player protection tools, plus AML and Fraud detection; the operator simply has to choose which aspects of mentor they need from the modular software. Pragmatic Solutions customers include some of gambling biggest names.
mentor tracks possible problematic gambling behaviour using real-time data analysis and works to help both players and operators to identify potential issues early. The tool recognises triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency, and alerts the operator and directly contacts the player, helping the player make better-informed decisions about their play.

Zitro, a leading global gaming company, has announced the successful launch of its first Wide Area Progressive (WAP) in Argentina, with over 45 slot cabinets initially installed in five gaming halls located at the Hipódromo de Palermo. The product selected for this project is the successful game “Mighty Hammer Ultimate” on Zitro’s premium cabinet, “Altius Glare.”
This system represents the first WAP in South America. A shared jackpot called “Mega Pozo Mighty Hammer” starts at 50 million Pesos and grows progressively, making it the largest accumulated prize in the region. The official inauguration was held on December 19th during the exclusive “Noche de Palermo” event, including a live performance by the renowned Argentinian band Los Totora.

Regulatory rules for iGaming come into effect in Brazil on 1 January 2025. According to them, platforms, aggregators, sportsbooks, and providers must undergo certification.
