ComeOn Group joins forces with conversational AI market leader Ada
Leading iGaming company ComeOn Group announced entering into a partnership with Ada, a company specialised in automated brand interaction. ComeOn has implemented Ada’s chatbot solution that is powered by AI, to scale up their customer support as well as deliver a personalised, and world-class service to their customer base. ComeOn has already launched the chatbot in several markets and reveals that the plan is to have all markets and languages live by Q3 this year.
This launch is a big milestone in ComeOn’s overarching strategy to deliver a market leading Customer Experience. Ada’s AI powered chatbot has decreased handling time allowing ComeOn’s Customer Experience team to focus on direct player interaction resolving more queries on first contact.

IGT Becomes First Gaming Industry Supplier to Achieve iCAP Ready Accreditation from NCPG
International Game Technology PLC announced that it is the first gaming industry supplier to receive the Internet Compliance Assessment Program (iCAP) Ready accreditation for its iLottery operations from the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).
Based on the original iCAP designed for gaming operators, iCAP Ready is a U.S. accreditation program designed for gaming suppliers who are committed to upholding responsible gaming standards across their products and services. Supported by the NCPG, iCAP Ready utilizes best practices from the Internet Responsible Gambling Standards to ensure suppliers implement and maintain responsible gambling policies, provide effective staff training, and offer comprehensive player support tools.
“We applaud IGT for leading the way as the first recipient of the iCAP Ready accreditation. This achievement showcases IGT’s leadership and demonstrates that suppliers play a crucial role in ensuring player protections and promoting responsible play,” said Keith Whyte, Executive Director of the National Council on Problem Gambling.
“Being the first gaming industry supplier to achieve the iCAP Ready certification for our iLottery business is a testament to IGT’s comprehensive responsible gaming processes and practices implemented throughout the organization, and our dedication to protecting our employees, customers, and players worldwide. To obtain the iCAP Ready accreditation, IGT’s responsible gaming policies and practices were audited by an independent agency. An overall compliance assessment was also performed by a third party on behalf of NCPG to ensure IGT’s responsible gaming framework met iCAP Ready’s objective of protecting the consumer and ensuring safer gambling practices for players, beginning with the supplier.

ESPN and PENN Entertainment Expand ESPN BET Sportsbook Brand
ESPN and PENN Entertainment announced that 10 additional retail sportsbooks at key PENN properties will be rebranded to “ESPN BET Sportsbook” in early 2025 (subject to all regulatory approvals), increasing the total number of ESPN BET branded sportsbooks at PENN properties to 19.
The new ESPN BET locations will serve customers across Pennsylvania, Colorado, Ohio, Iowa, Indiana, and West Virginia under PENN’s popular Hollywood and Ameristar Casino brands.
The list of properties that will be rebranded as “ESPN BET Sportsbook” includes:

FanDuel and Flutter Donate $250,000 to Organizations Supporting Wildfire Relief Efforts in Los Angeles
FanDuel, its parent company Flutter Entertainment and fellow subsidiary Flutter International announced it is donating $250,000 to Americares and the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, in support of wildfire relief efforts throughout impacted communities in the greater Los Angeles area. Flutter and FanDuel have been proud members of the Los Angeles business community for nearly 25 years. Flutter’s previously branded TVG platform, now FanDuel TV, the industry’s leading horse racing wagering and television network, is based in Culver City, and FanDuel’s history in the city dates back to 2014 with key corporate, commercial, and product functions supporting its daily fantasy sports, online sportsbook, and iGaming platforms residing in the city as well. The company employs nearly 400 colleagues in Los Angeles, several who have been impacted by the fires.
“FanDuel and Flutter have been proud members of the Los Angeles business community for over two decades. We are heartbroken by the devastating loss these wildfires have created in a community we call home. We are committed to ensuring our employees are safe and making sure the community has the resources it needs to support the heroic efforts of our first responders,” said Amy Howe, CEO of FanDuel.
The donation to Americares will help the health-focused relief organization address urgent health needs in affected communities. The funding for the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation will support vital equipment and programs that help save lives and protect communities.
