iSoftBet, the leading online games supplier and content aggregator, has unveiled its fearsome new Apex Predator series with the king of the beasts, Tyrant King Megaways.

Set in the lands of the fearsome Tyrannosaurus Rex, the slot centres on the adventures of an intrepid hunter as he quests for huge riches among the dinosaurs.

The high octane, high volatility slot contains classic Megaways features such as cascading wins and increasing multipliers, as well as an innovative Tyrant King Respins mode, which is triggered when wilds land on each of the middle four reels. This awards three respins on reels 2 to 5, with only wilds in play, not including the top tracker, and wilds remain sticky for the length of the respins.

Four dinosaur eggs on the middle reels will trigger the free spins mode, with 10 spins initially awarded, as well as an additional reel added below to increase the paylines to a massive 200,704, for huge win potential. During the free spins, a win multiplier is active, increasing by 1x for every cascade. Players can also trigger the respins during the free spins, with massive win potential available of up to 50,000x a player’s stake.

Tyrant King Megaways is the first in the provider’s Apex Predator series, which will encompass some of the most dangerous beings to walk the earth in iSoftBet’s latest creation. The new collection will bring a dynamic new gameplay to players, balancing the thrills of a hunt with an immersive adventure focused around iSoftBet’s heroic explorer, Hugo. The whole series is based on the idea of creating more than just a game and looking for an honest reaction from the players.

The carefully balanced artwork combined ferociousness with a vibrancy, with more titles to be added to the series in the near future. It follows the huge success of the Twisted Tales series, with Moriarty Megaways awarded the Game Narrative award at the recent CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards.

Mark Claxton, Head of Games, iSoftBet, said: “Tyrant King Megaways sees us start a whole new project in our Apex Predator series, where our intrepid explorer will encounter some of the most imposing creatures to ever stalk the earth.

“With huge win potential, a respins and free spins mode, which can be combined, and up to 200,704 paylines, there’s so much on offer in our newest title!”

WyoLotto’s Chief Operations Officer, Robin Medina, has been named to join a national committee to support problem gambling initiatives. The committee is through the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and will manage the annual selection of nominations and election of the Board of Directors that oversees NCPG.

“Our foundation as a corporation is to manage what we do in a responsible manner for the state of Wyoming. The selection of Robin to this committee demonstrates that we are leading the way nationally when it comes to promoting responsible gambling and raising awareness of problem gambling,” said Jon Clontz, CEO of WyoLotto.

Last year WyoLotto applied for and was accepted to the NCPG and NASPL’s (North American State and Provincial Lotteries) Responsible Gambling Verification Program. WyoLotto’s Responsible Gambling Program includes an in depth plan to ensure the organization honors its commitment to educating players, retailers and the general public about how to gamble responsibly and what to do if gambling becomes a problem for yourself or someone you know.

“Our verification was a major achievement for us, and it is also an achievement for Wyoming. We are now accredited nationally for our efforts to take care of Wyoming when it comes to gambling, and this helps everyone in the state,” Medina said.

“Through these efforts, we have been recognized on a national level, which is why I have been selected for the Nominations and Selection Committee for NCPG. I am very excited and see this as an opportunity to further support our mission,” she added.
