Booongo agrees deal with EvenBet Gaming to deliver slots portfolio

Developer’s games made available on EvenBet’s gaming platform

Booongo, the global online slots developer, will increase the reach of its titles on a global scale after partnering with leading online gaming software developer, EvenBet Gaming.

As part of a new agreement, Booongo’s ever-expanding slots portfolio will be integrated onto EvenBet’s gaming platform, including top-performing games Dragon Pearls and Aztec Sun, as well as the developer’s latest release, Sun of Egypt 2.

The deal will enable EvenBet’s network of operators to broaden their casino offering with Booongo’s range of titles, including those that feature the increasingly popular Hold and Win mechanics.

EvenBet, which was recently granted an MGA licence for its gaming platform alongside the company’s core poker offering, is active in multiple jurisdictions across the globe. This new partnership strengthens the platform provider’s games offering with quality content, while also enables the slot developer to tap into a wider audience.

The Gaming in Holland Conference, which will take place June 5 in Amsterdam, has added several new speakers to its agenda.

Björn Fuchs, newly appointed Chair of VNLOK, and Henry Meijdam, who heads the VAN Kansspelen trade association, will both make an appearance at the event.

Fuchs and Meijdam join an impressive speaker lineup that includes Arjan Blok, CEO of Nederlandse Loterij; Renske Fikkers, Head of Market Supervision at the Netherlands Gambling Authority; and Henk Willem Smits, investigative reporter at Follow the Money.

Additionally, we are happy to welcome as our special guest former NOGA Chair, Peter-Paul de Goeij, who has promised to offer a no-holds-barred reflection on the (in)efficacy of Dutch gambling regulation.

Finally, we are extremely pleased to announce that Rohan Tare, Head of IT Customer Interaction at ABN AMRO, will discuss the growing threat of AI-supported identity fraud – a topic that is highly relevant for any business dependent on remote customer interaction.

Pre-conference workshops & drinks

The GiH Conference includes free admittance to two certificate-granting workshops, which are generously provided by Chevron Consultants.

Workshop #1 is titled “Establishing a learning and training culture in your company with an LMS” and discusses the proper implementation and benefits of a Learning Management System.

Workshop #2 is titled “Compliance performance audits” and will teach participants how to structure audits in line with ISO 19011 and how to evaluate the performance of compliance procedures.

Both workshops will take place on June 4 – the day prior to the main event – and are free to attend for paying GiH Conference attendees.

Brazilian Ministry of Sports and Sportradar Partner to Strengthen Integrity in Sports in Region

The Brazilian Ministry of Sports and Sportradar Group AG formalized a Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) focused on protecting the integrity of sports betting in the country. The partnership provides for the exchange of information related to the betting market and the implementation of joint initiatives to combat match-fixing.

Sportradar will provide specialized support to the Brazilian Ministry of Sports, including the reporting of potentially suspicious activity detected by its industry-leading Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS). In addition, Sportradar will provide education and training for Ministry of Sports personnel and staff focused on best practices in monitoring, identifying and investigating suspicious activities. The first workshop will be held on May 15 and include the Brazilian Ministry of Finance, a recent partner with whom Sportradar also signed an ACT.

André Fufuca, Brazil’s Minister of Sport, said: “Today we signed a milestone agreement in the fight against match-fixing in Brazilian sports. Integrity must be a constant principle when it comes to transparency, ethics, and, above all, the fairness of sports results. With this agreement, we will have tools to curb this practice and ensure greater transparency in competitions. This way, athletes, clubs, organizations, fans, and the entire population will be able to trust the fairness of the outcomes and, in turn, have the confidence to unlock the full potential of Brazilian sports.”

Andreas Krannich, EVP, Integrity and Regulatory Services, Sportradar said: “Establishing this partnership with the Ministry of Sports is an important milestone in strengthening sports integrity in Brazil. As a global integrity leader, leveraging cutting-edge technology to prevent and combat match-fixing, we believe that protecting competitions requires coordinated action between the public and private sectors. Through this collaboration, Sportradar continues to reaffirm its commitment to a more transparent and safer sports environment for the athletes and all the stakeholders involved in Brazilian sport.

This ACT adds to Sportradar’s growing number of integrity services partnerships in Brazil that include recent agreements signed with the Goiás State Attorney’s Office, the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) and the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), as well as existing relationships with soccer federations in 17 Brazilian states, creating a strong network focused on protecting the integrity of sport in the country.
