Velvix has announced the launch and BMM approval of their latest game title, Frankeelab. Available for markets across the USA, this Class III standalone game features a scifi theme with multiple ways to win big across both its Base Game and Free Games Feature.

Based on a combination scifi classic horror theme, Frankeelab gives players multiple chances to win big including a jackpot available from both the base game and Free Games Feature plus special boxes that offer up generous credit prizes. The objective of the game is to trigger the Factory Bonus Feature, which is accomplished by collecting a minimum of 5 box symbols during any Base Game spin. Entering the Factory Bonus Feature gives the players the corresponding number of initial free spins, with each free spin assigned a multiplier of up to 15x, which is displayed on the box symbols that were collected in the base game.

During the Factory Bonus Feature, landing a switch symbol on the middle reel will activate the cloning device, in which the multiplier will be duplicated and an additional free spin is awarded. In addition to the exciting multipliers, landing a purple box symbol allows players the opportunity to be awarded a credit prize of up to 50 times the total credits bet or the GRAND jackpot. These purple boxes can be won during the Base Game as well as the Factory Bonus Feature.

Chris Wieners, Managing Director of Velvix, stated “Frankeelab represents our latest generation of games to hit the marketplace. Our clients and partners can expect to see an entire new lineup of games this year, including both standalone and link game titles. Our team is constantly innovating and creating new content based on market demands and requirements from our partners Frankeelab represents one of many new and exciting titles coming in 2023.”

BMM Testlabs (BMM), the world’s original gaming test lab renowned for exceptional product compliance and certification services, today announced a major milestone in becoming the first testing and certification laboratory to be approved for Peru’s new online gaming and sports betting program.

BMM was officially approved today by Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), following MINCETUR’s October of 2023 approval of the country’s sports betting and iGaming regulations, making Peru the third country in South America to regulate these programs following Colombia and Argentina. The regulations came into effect from February 9, 2024, and operators have until March of 2024 to apply.

“This is a landmark moment for BMM Testlabs, as we are now the first lab approved to test and certify online games and sports betting programs in Peru,” the Digital Gaming, Security and Inspections President for BMM, Marzia Turrini (pictured), said. “We are very grateful to MINCETUR for its confidence in BMM and we’re eager to help launch Peru’s new digital gaming programs and ensure fair and secure entertainment for this newly regulated market.”

In addition to the land-based testing and certification services that BMM provides to Peru casino operators, the company has been greenlighted to offer its full spectrum of iGaming and sports betting services.

BMM’s sports betting services include full jurisdictional testing and certification, geolocation testing, back-end testing on transactions and payments and cybersecurity testing and audits to ensure the protection of infrastructure and player data.

With an office in Lima, Peru, since 2007, BMM is well-equipped to serve the land-based and digital needs of the third largest country in South America. This milestone for BMM underscores the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional product compliance and certification services to clients worldwide.

Proven BMM Testlabs executives to oversee regulatory compliance, digital and land-based businesses

BMM Testlabs (BMM), the world’s original gaming test lab renowned for exceptional product compliance and certification services, today announced new global roles and promotions for three of its most seasoned executives as the company restructures from a regional to fully global organization.

“Due largely to our explosive growth, full market access and the globalizing gaming market, we are moving from a regionally led structure to a global structure with leadership over lines of business,” the Chief Executive Officer for BMM, Martin Storm, said. “This marks an exciting new era for BMM and to achieve it successfully, I’ve named three of my most trusted, respected and accomplished executives to lead us into what I call our new global era.”

Travis Foley, responsible for BMM’s growth in North America, has been promoted to Chief Government and Regulatory Officer to oversee BMM’s global government and regulatory compliance business with a focus on quality accreditation, technical compliance, adoption of new technical standards and tools and regulator relationships.

Tasked to lead BMM’s worldwide digital, security and inspections business is Marzia Turrini, a BMM veteran highly regarded in Europe and Latin America, where she has led BMM to record growth and expansion. As the company’s new President of Digital Gaming, Turrini will drive revenue growth for the company’s iGaming, sports betting and casino inspections businesses.

To oversee BMM’s large portfolio of land-based business, the company promoted Kirk White to President of Land-Based Gaming. White is a longtime BMM executive who led the company’s Australia and Asia-Pacific growth and now assumes oversight of land-based testing, certification and supporting service delivery globally.

While the three seasoned executives now have global roles, they continue to have the responsibility for the corporate governance of the business entities under their current regional management.

“With this team leading our key businesses, I have great confidence that 2024 is going to be another groundbreaking year for BMM,” Storm said. “With the market access challenges behind us and full globalization, we will be able to focus on consistency, value, specialization and speed.”
