Jackpot.com to Bring Customers Game-Changing New Mega Millions Format in April

Jackpot.com, a leading online lottery courier service, is making it easier than ever for customers to grab their shot at massive jackpots as Mega Millions rolls out its biggest changes yet this April. With improved odds, bigger jackpots more frequently, larger starting jackpots, faster growing jackpots, a built-in multiplier feature on every play, and wins that are always bigger than the ticket price, the game is set to deliver more excitement than ever. To support the new and improved game features, tickets will cost $5. As always, Jackpot.com ensures a secure, seamless way to order lottery tickets, so players never miss a chance to win big.

“Mega Millions is one of the most exciting and widely played lottery games in the U.S., and these changes are expected to generate even more enthusiasm among players. Our mission at Jackpot.com is to make the lottery more accessible and convenient while prioritizing responsible gaming. We are ready to support our customers as they experience the new Mega Millions format,” said Akshay Khanna, CEO and Co-Founder of Jackpot.com.

All updates to the game will debut following the final drawing of the current game format, which takes place on April 4. From that point on, the game will tout larger winnings within every non-jackpot tier, improved overall odds of winning, bigger starting jackpots, and faster-growing jackpots. The first drawing to feature these game enhancements comes on Tuesday, April 8 at 11 p.m. Eastern.

“This is the first time the game has been changed since the current game matrix was implemented in 2017, so we expect a great deal of interest when this new format goes into effect following the April 4 drawing. We anticipate an increase in early ticket purchases as players are drawn to the excitement of rapidly escalating prizes, especially the chance to win bigger non-jackpot prizes made possible by the increase in ticket price,” said Khanna.

Jackpot.com – an online lottery courier service that allows consumers to purchase official state lottery tickets on their phone, tablet, or computer – has announced a new partnership with Birches Health, a leading national provider of responsible gaming resources and problem gambling support services.

As part of the collaboration, Jackpot.com will further integrate Birches Health resources into their platforms, including custom responsible play educational content and joint-marketing campaigns during Problem Gambling Awareness Month in March and Responsible Gaming Education Month in September. Jackpot.com now features direct access to specialized support from Birches Health for its lottery players through a dedicated landing page on BirchesHealth.com. Additionally, members of the Birches Health clinical leadership team will lead training sessions with Jackpot.com employees, review training materials, and provide consultation around responsible play policies.

“We are very excited to announce Jackpot.com’s partnership with Birches Health, especially ahead of Problem Gaming Awareness Month. When Jackpot.com launched it was the only online lottery courier to do so with an iCap Certification from the National Council on Problem Gaming. With Birches Health’s added level of responsible play protocols and educational resources, coupled with that of Jackpot.com’s, we are extremely confident in the platform’s ability to provide both a safe and fun experience for players,” Akshay Khanna, CEO and co-founder of Jackpot.com, said.

“We applaud Jackpot.com for leading the way and integrating educational resources and pathways to treatment directly into their platform. Jackpot.com – the online lottery courier service that allows consumers to purchase official state lottery tickets on their phone, tablet, or computer – announced an exclusive collaboration with 7-Eleven Inc., the largest convenience store chain in the world, to serve as their official lottery courier service.

As part of the collaboration, 7-Eleven customers in Ohio and Massachusetts will be able to sign up and play lottery games and scratchers on the Jackpot.com app or website. The program will initially be launched in over 600 7-Eleven and Speedway stores in Ohio and Massachusetts, with a special launch promotion that gives 7-Eleven customers a free lottery ticket on their first deposit by using promo code, “7Eleven”.

“We’re thrilled to work with 7-Eleven, the leading retailer of lottery tickets in the country. Leveraging our technology and innovation, we can provide additional convenience for their customers, while adding an additional source of revenue. A true win-win relationship for all,” said Akshay Khanna, CEO and co-founder of Jackpot.com.

By launching in Ohio and Massachusetts in 2023 and 2024, respectively, Jackpot.com aims at adding another avenue for player convenience with one of the most widely recognized brands in the convenience-retailing space. With a presence in Ohio, the nation’s seventh-largest lottery market, and Massachusetts, whose state lottery produced $1.2 billion in net profit for the Commonwealth during the 2024 fiscal year, Jackpot.com’s collaboration with 7-Eleven represents an added layer of accessibility for players.

Jackpot.com remains committed to responsible play and has significantly invested in protocols by allowing customers of legal age to set spend limits and limits on daily deposits, all while providing access to local and national responsible gambling resources, self-exclusion, self-suspension, and automated notifications that offer help should problematic behavior be detected. Jackpot.com is also the only lottery courier service to launch with an iCap certification from the National Council on Problem Gambling.
