Chamonix Casino Hotel Now Fully Open Following Grand Opening Event
Chamonix Casino Hotel, Colorado’s newest casino destination, announced the completion of its multi-phased project at its official Grand Opening on November 2. The Grand Opening included a series of special activities and gourmet meals for invited casino guests, culminating with entertainment by Jay Leno and country music star Tenille Arts. Bringing world-class entertainment and hospitality to scenic Cripple Creek, Colorado, the stylish, new casino and luxury hotel offers an elevated gaming, dining, and relaxation experience.
Chamonix Casino Hotel features an expansive casino floor, with a variety of the newest slot machines, high-end table games and high-limits salon. Its 300-room hotel features the first luxury guest rooms in Cripple Creek. Chamonix also features 980 Prime, a fine-dining steakhouse already noted as one of the best restaurants in Colorado, operated by celebrated Las Vegas chef Barry S. Dakake.
Chamonix’s state-of-the-art luxury spa is now also fully open to the public. With a soothing atmosphere of serenity and relaxation, the Chamonix Spa provides an escape from everyday stress, with wellness and renewal. From soothing massages and refreshing facials to revitalizing body treatments, the spa’s skilled therapists are dedicated to pampering guests from head to toe. The spa also offers a full-service salon, offering hair treatments, manicures, and pedicures. The property’s exercise room features equipment from Peloton, Hydrow, Tonal, and NordicTrack.
Chamonix has an exclusive onsite jeweler, Ore & Alloy, which is fitting for one of America’s most iconic mining towns, with both gold and turquoise being mined locally. Designed as both a gallery and a store, Ore & Alloy features the designs of several master goldsmiths and jewelry designers, each with very distinct styles.
Guests can also enjoy Chamonix’s heated pool, kept at near-hot temperatures in the winter months. The pool and surrounding deck overlook Cripple Creek and the surrounding mountains.
Chamonix also features state-of-the-art meeting and convention facilities. It can host everything from conventions with hundreds of attendees to destination weddings of all sizes, as well as intimate corporate retreats.
“We are thrilled for guests to experience everything Chamonix Casino Hotel has to offer. Our vision has always been to create a world-class, luxury destination that’s more than just a gaming destination. It’s a lifestyle getaway, providing guests the perfect blend of adventure, luxury, and relaxation,” said Daniel Lee, President & CEO of Full House Resorts.

Full House Announces Name of its New Colorado Casino Project
Full House Resorts Inc. has announced the name and branding of its luxury hotel and casino project in Cripple Creek, Colorado: Chamonix Casino Hotel.
Chamonix is located near Full House’s existing Bronco Billy’s Casino. This new project will feature approximately 300 four-star guest rooms and VIP suites as well as a spacious, new, elegant, and exciting casino gaming area.
Chamonix’s new fine dining experience is being designed to attract culinary travelers from throughout Colorado. Chamonix will also feature extensive meeting and convention space that can host concerts and other entertainment, a rooftop pool, a luxurious spa, and a new self-parking garage that can accommodate more than 300 vehicles.
The expected remaining investment to complete Chamonix is approximately $180 million, which the Company financed through its recent issuance of new senior secured notes. Completion of the Chamonix Casino Hotel is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
“Chamonix will bring the luxury of the French Alps to the Rockies, combining ‘European Elegance with Colorado Comfort.’ Our new property takes its name from Chamonix-Mont Blanc, the world-famous French alpine resort and site of the first Winter Olympics in 1924. Some five million people visit Chamonix in France each year,” Daniel R. Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts, said.
“The Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek will offer 300 new guest rooms and VIP suites, nearly doubling the town’s hotel capacity. At our Chamonix, guests can experience Pikes Peak and the surrounding area’s natural beauty by hiking, mountain biking, rock-climbing, fishing, fossil-hunting, and exploring local gold-mining operations and historic railways. Chamonix will also, of course, offer the Rocky Mountain region’s finest and most exciting casino and amongst its best dining and spa experiences,” Lee said.
“Bronco Billy’s will continue to operate during construction of Chamonix, which has just begun. When Chamonix opens, we plan to temporarily close Bronco Billy’s for several weeks to extensively refurbish that 29-year-old casino. The New Bronco Billy’s will continue to offer its Western theme under the Bronco Billy’s name and will be connected to the adjoining Chamonix Casino Hotel. Loyalty points earned today at Bronco Billy’s will be redeemable at Chamonix, once it opens, and vice versa,” Lee added.
