International Game Technology PLC announced that it recently launched its second omnichannel Wide Area Progressive (WAP) game for Canada, Money Mania slots. The game is currently available on British Columbia Lottery Corporation’s (BCLC) PlayNow.com site and at 22 BCLC-governed casinos throughout British Columbia. IGT is the only supplier in the world to offer omnichannel jackpot games with shared jackpot liquidity across the land-based, online and mobile versions of the games.

Held in conjunction with NCPG’s National Conference on Gambling Addiction & Responsible Gambling, the National Awards honors individuals and organizations from across the world for their work on problem gambling and responsible gambling.

Throughout Luchauer’s 10-year career at IGT, she has made many significant contributions to the company within the areas of responsible gaming and community relations. Earlier this year, Luchauer coordinated and hosted a roundtable discussion at ICE London that brought together relevant industry stakeholders to discuss issues related to responsible gaming and sustainability. It was under her guidance that IGT became accredited in responsible gaming across all business segments by both the World Lottery Association and the Global Gambling Guidance Group, which she now works to maintain through frequent assessments.

Additionally, Luchauer is routinely asked to speak at global industry events, works to uphold and gain new responsible gaming certifications for IGT, and creates awareness of the company’s Responsible Gaming Policy, Responsible Gaming Brochure and the Advertising and Marketing Code of Principles. Luchauer is also a charter member of the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) Lottery Membership and board and multi-committee member of the Rhode Island Council on Problem Gambling. She also currently sits on American Gaming Equipment Manufacturer’s Responsible Gaming Committee, American Gaming Association’s Responsible Gaming Committee, ICRG’s Conference Planning Committee and NCPG’s Nominations Committee.

International Game Technology PLC announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, has signed a seven-year contract with the Colorado Lottery to install all-new world-class products and solutions. The contract is expected to run through July 12, 2032, and includes seven, one-year extension options.

As part of the new contract, the Colorado Lottery will receive IGT’s Aurora central system, replacing the current lottery central system. Aurora is part of IGT’s OMNIA integrated lottery solution, which will provide the Lottery with new insights through a single player view, which can enhance its product portfolio and improve marketing communications while delivering Colorado Lottery players with a true omnichannel experience.

“We are looking forward to replacing our current equipment with IGT’s most advanced technology, providing more convenient options for players and achieving continued sales growth and funding Colorado’s great outdoors,” Tom Seaver, Director of Colorado Lottery, said.

Additionally, IGT will upgrade all lottery retailer equipment across the State and deploy a new mobile convenience app featuring Scan and Redeem functionality. IGT’s Scan and Redeem solution will enable Colorado Lottery players to scan a draw-based or instant scratch ticket with their mobile app to redeem winnings directly into their linked bank account, via automated clearing house (ACH) transfer.
