JCM Global Installs Three Towering Exterior Digital Signs at Tachi Palace Casino Resort
JCM Global (JCM) has installed three massive exterior digital signs at Tachi Palace Casino Resort, bringing brilliant, LED illumination to the resort’s renovated exterior front entrance.
The JCM Digital Signage Solutions team installed three exterior Mitsubishi 10mm XL Series displays, each measuring 9.5 feet wide by a towering 22 feet high. The signage will showcase eye-catching creative content that beautifies the entrance and welcomes guests.
The entrance remodel is one of several construction enhancement projects nearing completion as part of Tachi Palace’s 40-year celebration and continues a long-term relationship between Tachi Palace and JCM.
“JCM continues helping us achieve bigger and better status for our property. We were looking for a ‘Vegas in the Valley’ look and feel. Something that the Central California area doesn’t see locally. With our shared vision, we can say that we brought Vegas to the Valley for our guests, and there is no better time than for our 40th anniversary,” Michael Olujic, GM of the Tachi Palace Casino Resort, said.
“We are thrilled to be a part of Tachi Palace’s remodel and 40-year celebration. Tachi Palace and JCM have worked together for decades, and JCM products help Tachi Palace to enhance the guest experience, increase efficiencies, and boost security. These new digital signs provide a bright and meaningful sense of arrival to the new entrance,” Dave Kubajak, JCM SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations, said.
Compliance Updates
JCM Global Receives Approval to Operate in West Virginia
JCM Global announced that it has successfully passed regulatory review and received a manufacturer’s license from the West Virginia Lottery Commission. The license enables JCM to directly sell to and service customers in the state.
“At JCM, we are committed to our customers. While attaining licensing was not required, we pursued it because it allows us to directly provide JCM’s leading technology and advanced systems, backed by our world-class service, and support, resulting in faster service times and simplifying the entire relationship between JCM and our customers,” said JCM SVP – Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak in a statement.
JCM recently announced it has attained licenses in Colorado and New Mexico, bringing the company’s total number of active gaming licenses to 177.
In West Virginia, JCM will provide technology, including the iVIZION bill validator; ICB Intelligent Cash Box System, which boosts security and efficiencies across the gaming floor; and the GEN5 thermal printer, which delivers TITO, personalized promotions, and rewards directly to the player.
Bucky’s Casino
JCM Global Installs New Outdoor LED Marquee Signage at Bucky’s Casino and Yavapai Casino
The pathways into Bucky’s Casino and Yavapai Casino in Prescott, Arizona, are brighter than ever now that JCM Global (JCM) has installed new outdoor LED marquee signs at each property.
Bucky’s Casino guests are now greeted with a new single-sided Mitsubishi NXL 10mm stretching 14 feet wide by 7-and-a-half feet tall. Visitors at Yavapai Casino see a double-sided Mitsubishi NXL 10mm sign measuring 9-and-a-half feet wide by more than 5 feet high. The signs capture the attention of drivers on State Route 69 and give guests the inside scoop on promotional campaigns, brand messaging, and other exciting offerings to be found inside each casino.
The digital signage installations are the latest in JCM’s long-standing relationship with both properties, each of which enjoy the many benefits of JCM’s GEN5 thermal printer.
“We’re thrilled to expand our relationship with Bucky’s Casino and Yavapai Casino. Properties of all sizes across the U.S. are enhancing their guests’ experience with JCM digital signage, both indoors and outdoors. Whatever the size and wherever they are installed, our digital signage solutions allow operators to express their creativity and communicate directly to their customers,” Dave Kubajak, JCM SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations, said.
Colorado Division of Gaming
JCM Global Secures License from Colorado Division of Gaming
JCM Global has been licensed by the Colorado Division of Gaming, authorizing JCM to sell the TITA Table Game System directly to customers throughout the state, in addition to its other leading transaction and automation solutions. The license builds on JCM’s more than 170 active gaming licenses the company holds and maintains across North America and around the world. Most recently, JCM earned licensing in the State of New Mexico.
“Attaining this license further demonstrates JCM’s commitment to our customers and to regulatory compliance. Customers throughout Colorado already use our core technology and solutions and have showed great interest in our TITA system, so we pursued this license to bring expanded product availability for those customers,” said Dave Kubajak, JCM Global SVP Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
The TITA table game solution optimizes operations, increases funds access, and improves cash flow. Through TITA, players easily redeem tickets and other cashless funds for chips, access funds via debit card with the POS, and convert winnings into tickets and cashless, all directly at the table. TITA also enables operators to monitor live transactional activity.
