Esports Entertainment Group has announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase 30,000,000 shares of common stock.

Sporttrade has officially launched its sports betting exchange in New Jersey. This positions Sporttrade as the first and only dynamic sports trading marketplace in the US.

The newly-opened Legends Bay Casino, Casino Fandango, and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) jointly announced that the two casinos in Northern Nevada have deployed the QCI’s Unified Gaming Platform – Nimble Edition.
