Real Money Slots: The Newest and Best Slot Releases of March 2021

At iGaming Radio, we know a good slot when we play one. Slots are the most popular games that players like to play at land-based and online casinos. One of the main reasons why they have become so popular is that they are simple to play. You do not need to know any strategies when playing slot games like you do when playing card games such as poker or table games such as roulette. All you have to do is deposit your money in the slot, click spin, and hope Lady Luck is on your side. New slot machines are being released all of the time and below we are going to take a look at some of the best slots that have been released in March 2021. These can be found at all the best casino sites.

Riddle of the Sphinx by Red Tiger Gaming

When it comes to slot games, there are many great themes available, but one of the most popular among slot players is the theme of ancient Egypt. If you are brave enough to launch this slot, then you will be transported to the ancient Egypt where you will be tasked with uncovering hidden treasures and gold in the chambers of Egyptian pharaohs. This is a high volatility slot game, which means that you will not get a lot of small wins, but when you do land a win, it will be a big payout and well worth the wait.

The reels are set in front of Egyptian pyramids and on the reels, you will find popular symbols such as the eye of Ra, ankhs, and golden scarabs. This game comes with a free spins bonus feature where you can get up to 24 free spins as well as multipliers that can go as high as 8x. When you are playing this game, if luck is on your side, you can win 8,002x your stake, which is awesome. This slot has an RTP of 95.66%, which is not the highest out there, but it is still perfectly reasonable.

Royal with Cheese Megaways by iSoftBet

When it comes to real money slots, it is fair to say that this is a slot with a unique design and theme. It has been created to represent a typical American diner drive-by. You will see a funny chicken beside the reels, a unique backdrop with bright colours, while the reels are filled up with symbols such as fries, burgers, hot dogs, and milkshakes – you will probably get hungry when you sit down to play this slot game.

You can activate a mini bonus game where you get to build your own burger, while landing free spins and multipliers. The slot comes with 117,649 paylines, which means there are plenty of ways that you can win cash. To top it all off, the slot comes with cascading symbols, meaning that when you land a win, each winning symbol will disappear and a new symbol will drop in place, increasing your chances of getting more wins.

Kings Court Gem Splash by Playtech

If you are into your medieval-themed slot machines, then this is a game by Playtech is the one for you. When you sit down to play this slot, you will be taken back to medieval times and will have the chance to win big. On the reels you will find beautiful symbols such as a shiny knight, his stunning white horse, a crown, golden rings, and shields with some lions on them.

This game comes equipped with many bonuses that can help you get those big rewards, and this includes three types of progressive jackpots – Mini Jackpot, Major Jackpot, and Progressive Jackpot. The RTP of this slot stands at 96.37%, which is very reasonable in our opinion.

This game, just like all of the others on this list, has been built to be perfectly compatible on a variety of mobile devices. Therefore, you can play it wherever you like, so long as your mobile can connect to the Internet. Many a casino nowadays has a mobile app, and if you have an account with a casino that has a mobile app, we recommend you download it as apps improve your gambling experience.

Pearls of Poseidon by Leander Games

This game stands out thanks to its stunning underwater setting complete with crystals and blue gems. As you would expect from an ocean-themed slot, the symbols on the reels are made up of a variety of fish and whales. Of course, as you have probably guessed from the title of this slot machine, Poseidon, the Greek God of the sea, is also present and he is an expanding symbol. There is also a small mermaid and you will want to land her because she will bring big rewards.

If you like your progressive jackpots, then you will be ecstatic to hear that this slot has no fewer than four of them. When it comes to bonus features, there is a free spin bonus round where you can land up to 15 free spins so that you can try and win some money without risking real cash.

Sherlock and Moriarty WowPot by Microgaming

This slot was created by Microgaming, one of the best software developers in the gambling world, so it stands to reason that it is going to be a highly entertaining slot to play. The game, as is clear from the name, follows the world’s most famous detective as he tries to solve the crimes of Moriarty. All of this is portrayed extremely well on the reels thanks to symbols of Sherlock Holmes and other popular characters from Arthur Conan Doyle’s famous story. The backdrop to the reels is clearly a street in London, which helps to add to the slot’s authenticity.

This slot, you will be happy to hear, comes with an array of bonus features such as Mystery Symbols, Mystery Respins, Free Spins, and large progressive jackpots. There is a mini game with four progressive jackpots, and a huge standalone jackpot that starts at a whopping £2 million.

Guardian of Athens by Quickspin

This slot has an Ancient Greece theme and behind the reels you can see statues of Greek Guardians, who are there to protect you should you be lucky enough to land a big win. On each reel, you will see symbols such as golden coins, helmets, horns, swords, golden owl statues, and other symbols that you would associate with Greece.

There is a free spins bonus feature where each player is presented with free spin packages and they get to choose the one that suits their betting strategy. When you are playing this game, you will have the opportunity to win 16,000x your stake, which is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at. It also has an RTP of 96.58%, which is average.

Big Fin Bay by Thunderkick

If you are a type of slot player that likes ocean and pirate-themed slot machines, then this is a slot that we definitely recommend you try out. Behind the reels you can see the vast ocean and a beautiful coastline, while on each reel you see symbols of the captain and different fish. When the sun starts to set, you will be able to activate a variety of bonus features such as Mystery Wilds, Expanding Reels, and Free Spins. It is always awesome to see a slot game that has plenty of bonuses that we can try and take advantage of.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has issued monetary penalties totaling $350,000 against Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto for multiple violations of provincial gaming standards. The penalties follow an impromptu after-party that was permitted to take place in the pre-dawn hours directly on the casino’s gaming floor. On September 27, 2024, an electronic dance music event attended by thousands of people was hosted in the theatre adjacent to the casino at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto. The event was marked by widespread intoxication, disorderly behaviour and numerous criminal and medical incidents – both inside and outside the venue – including alleged assaults, drug overdoses and acts of public indecency. Although paid duty officers were present, additional police and emergency services were required to manage the situation.

Zimpler introduces ID+: A next-gen identification layer for digital payments

Zimpler, a leading Swedish company in Pay-by-bank solutions, today announced the launch of Zimpler ID+, a new identity layer designed to simplify compliance and accelerate user conversion within digital payment environments. By embedding biometric identification and regulatory checks directly into the first user interaction, Zimpler ID+ reduces friction in sectors with complex onboarding requirements.

“Zimpler ID+ gives our partners a direct path to compliance and conversion – cutting onboarding time, reducing drop-offs, and removing the need to build identity infrastructure in-house,” said Tobias Gunnesson, Chief Product Officer at Zimpler.

“While most verification flows still rely solely on deposit-based triggers or cookie tracking, we’re the first to enable verification at the point of entry – meeting compliance head-on and delivering a better user experience from the start.”

Purpose-built for highly regulated digital environments

Zimpler ID+ serves industries where compliance is critical and abandonment rates are costly, such as iGaming and financial services. It ensures users are verified from the start, without requiring deposits or post-registration identity checks.

Key features include:

  • Quick onboarding: Verification and collection of KYC data takes place at the first point of contact, not only at the point of payment
  • Seamless return user experience: Returning users can identify with biometric technology and are recognized with the help of cookies
  • Works even without cookies: If cookies are unavailable, the user can easily identify themselves using a passkey
  • Built-in compliance: Regulatory assurance at every step of the customer journey

By functioning as a unified identity layer from sign-up through repeat visits, Zimpler ID+ helps businesses minimize onboarding churn and maximize regulatory confidence.

Solving identification friction at scale

The launch of Zimpler ID+ comes as businesses across Europe face rising pressure to improve digital onboarding while maintaining regulatory standards. National ID systems remain foundational – but they weren’t built to optimize every business touchpoint.

Zimpler ID+ complements these systems by offering operators a plug-in layer of biometric identification and gathering of KYC information tailored to business needs. It removes the need for deposit triggers, repeated logins, or re-verification after a device change.

“With Zimpler ID+, we’re introducing a flexible approach that gives businesses more control over identity flows – without compromising security or relying solely on external systems” said Gunnesson.

Product availability

Zimpler ID+ is now available as a value-added service to select partners in Finland, with more markets to be added in the future.

By embedding advanced onboarding capabilities directly into its existing infrastructure, Zimpler expects ID+ to strengthen customer retention and enhance platform value across regulated sectors for years to come.
