GLI Promotes Ginnie Hollis and Samantha Powell to Vice President, Engineering

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the promotion of Ginnie Hollis and Samantha Powell to Vice President positions, further strengthening the company’s global leadership team.

Ginnie Hollis, based in GLI’s Colorado, US office will assume duties as the Vice President of Engineering, focusing on the support and development of her teams, regulators, suppliers, and operators primarily in the digital gaming space, globally. Hollis has had many hands-on and leadership experiences in both land-based and digital gaming spaces since her career at GLI began in 2005. Her most recent focus as Director of Engineering challenged her to work primarily with global/remote teams and new and existing clients, preparing her well for her new role.

Samantha Powell, based in GLI’s Adelaide, Australia office will assume duties as the Vice President of Engineering, focusing on the support and development of her teams, regulators, suppliers, and operators primarily in the land-based gaming space, globally. Since her career with GLI began in 2001, Powell has participated in and overseen teams in engineering, math, compliance, and quality assurance. Her most recent focus as General Manager of GLI APAC grew her culture and market diversification as well as her business acumen, resulting in an excellent fit for her new role.

GLI Promotes Zachary Kastelic to Vice President of Legal

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has promoted Zachary Kastelic to Vice President of Legal. Previously, Kastelic served as Associate General Counsel. In his role, he oversees GLI’s legal department, including contracts, due diligence, litigation, and other general corporate matters.

“Compliance is our primary responsibility to the global gaming industry, and our legal team, alongside with our compliance teams, are at the forefront of our compliance efforts. I am very pleased that Zachary will be leading our global legal team helping to ensure we maintain the very highest levels of compliance as we continue to lead the industry in new technologies,” GLI President & CEO James Maida said.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He also holds a Sports Wagering and Integrity Certificate from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Ottawa University. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States.

Kastelic began his career at GLI in 2022 as Assistant Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining GLI, he served as Vice President of Compliance and Legal at PlayUp Limited.

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has promoted Andrea Bossard to Vice President, Engineering from Senior Director, Engineering. In her new role, she will work to optimize GLI’s delivery for land-based suppliers, regulators, and operators globally.

Bossard has been with GLI since 2006, holding multiple management roles within the organization. She has a background in QA testing coupled with an education in mathematics and computer science.

Andrea’s warm and genuine approach, coupled with her vast market and technical knowledge, achieves this for both our team members and our customers.
