GRID and Kambi Group’s Abios extend official esports data partnership

Esports data platform GRID and Abios, the esports division of Swedish sports betting technology and services provider Kambi Group PLC, have announced an extension of the two’s esports data partnership to expand the coverage of esports odds powered by GRID data.

Through Abios, GRID will add League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege official esports data feeds to power the Kambi Group’s partner network, joining the Counter-Strike 2, Dota2 and VALORANT feeds established from the original partnership between GRID and Abios, signed last July.

Abios uses the GRID Data Platform’s real-time data feeds to offer accurate and real-time odds, accessible to both existing and new partners within the Kambi Group and subsidiary networks. The integration allows further expansion of automated and proprietary odds products, resulting in uptime improvements and odds model automation, especially important for live markets.

The real-time data feeds also enables Abios to supply Kambi Group partners with premium features such as same-game parlays, player propositions and flash markets in expanded coverage.

The GRID Data Platform exclusively sources data directly from game servers, made possible through GRID’s official partnerships with rights holders including Riot Games, Ubisoft and KRAFTON, as well as over 70 tournament organizers in the Valve esports ecosystem. These direct partnerships with rights holders and GRID’s technology ensures the most accurate, reliable and granular real-time data possible for its partners.

The official data partnership between GRID and Kambi Group is another example of how the iGaming and esports betting industries can leverage advanced technological solutions to improve digital products. Operators and customers alike can trust the underlying data’s integrity, tracing its origins from only legitimate sources where rights holders are a part of the value chain.

Mikael Westerling, GRID Chief Sales Officer commented on the extension: “We’re proud to offer League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege official data feeds to Kambi’s network for the first time and add even more value to the experience of their already impressive esports betting products.

The continued success of our partnership with Abios and our shared vision for the potential of esports betting made extending the partnership an easy choice.”

Anton Janér, Managing Director of Abios, also commented: “We’re excited to continue and expand our partnership with GRID. With a unique portfolio of data rights, Abios power partners within and outside of the Kambi network with high-performance esports content.

With access to GRID’s real-time data, Abios’ automated odds models enable consistent margins, lower latency and a better user experience.”

Oddin.gg has been officially registered as a supplier by the Lottery of the City of Buenos Aires (LOTBA). This authorization clears the way for Oddin.gg to provide its end-to-end esports betting ecosystem—including its Odds Feed, Risk Management, BetBuilder, Widgets, and more—to licensed operators in the City of Buenos Aires. The milestone reinforces Oddin.gg’s strategic focus on supporting partners across Latin America.

LOTBA, the regulatory authority for online gaming within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is well known for its rigorous compliance and technical standards. While the body manages licensing and enforcement, suppliers must undergo a formal registration process before providing services to local operators. Oddin.gg’s successful registration confirms that it has met all relevant technical, financial, and compliance requirements.

Juana Bischoff, Senior Business Development Manager LATAM at Oddin.gg, said: “Being officially registered with LOTBA marks an important step in Oddin.gg’s long-term commitment to the Latin American market. Esports is gaining real traction across the region, and we want operators in Buenos Aires—and beyond—to have the tools and insight to deliver a top-tier esports betting experience. We’re not just bringing leading technology—we’re bringing the local expertise and regulatory awareness needed to help our partners like Betsson and Jugadon grow.”
