LAC 2017 – Speaker Interview with Jonathan Epstein of Sentient Technologies

Published

on

Last week iGB Affiliate spoke with the CMO of Sentient Technologies, Jonathan Epstein. Jon gave them a few insights into artificial intelligence ahead of his talk on disruptive technologies on Saturday at LAC 2017.

Jonathan Epstein is the chief marketing officer of Sentient Technologies, one of the best-funded independent artificial intelligence company. In that role, he oversees all marketing strategy and execution for Sentient’s two Intelligent Commerce products: Sentient Ascend, the AI-powered CRO solution which has ushered in the era of massively multivariate testing, and Sentient Aware, which uses AI to create product-driven customer experiences for the world’s leading retailers.

Artificial intelligence is enabling new – and better – ways of finding and winning customers. The affiliate marketing and e-commerce winners and losers of the next decade will be determined in large part by how retailers leverage AI (or not) to better personalize and optimize their landing pages and customer interactions.

iGB: HOW IS YOUR TOPIC RELEVANT TO THE GAMING INDUSTRY?

Jon: Affiliate marketers that are able to master the use of artificial intelligence to win customers for their clients will have a profound advantage over those using legacy techniques. AI promises to bring new levels of profitability to affiliate marketers that utilize it correctly.

Artificial intelligence is enabling new – and better – ways of finding and winning customers. The affiliate marketing and e-commerce winners and losers of the next decade will be determined in large part by how retailers leverage AI (or not) to better personalize and optimize their landing pages and customer interactions. Attendees to this session will get an overview of how AI is already reshaping affiliate marketing and e-commerce today, and what they can look for from AI solutions just around the corner.

iGB: WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU HOPE DELEGATES GET OUT OF YOUR SESSION?

Jon: How they can use AI today (vs. 5 years from now) to impact the key drivers of their affiliate programs – customer acquisition and conversion.

iGB: WHY CHOOSE THIS EVENT AS YOUR PLATFORM TO VOICE YOUR FINDINGS?

Jon: The models of affiliate marketing mean that the performance lifts that AI can bring to the discipline go straight to the bottom line. We see the affiliate marketing segment as a key adopter and beneficiary of AI technologies, and LAC 2017 brings together the leaders from a leading sector of affiliate marketing.

iGB: HOW DO YOU PLAN ON MAXIMISING YOUR TIME AT THE EVENT?

Jon: Our goals are to use the event to meet and learn from affiliate marketing leaders in the gaming sector as well as leaders in the gaming sector itself. I hope to meet and network with these leaders, and learn more about the challenges they share with other marketers, with other affiliate marketers, and those that are unique to LAC.
