New Pokémon England Futsal trading card available at GAME from tomorrow

GAME proudly confirms today that the third in its series of special Pokémon England Futsal trading cards will be available from 18th June 2021. Fans across the country can head online or to their local GAME store throughout England to get their hands on this GAME exclusive Scorbunny on the Ball Promo Card – subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

The first of the exclusives, Eevee England Futsal Promo Card, and the second, Grookey England Futsal Promo Card, were a huge hit with Pokémon and football fans alike, keen to secure the exclusive cards featuring popular Pokémon wearing the England national team football shirts.

Pokémon TCG is a collectible card game based on the ever-popular Pokémon video game series. The highly collectible England Futsal Promo Cards are only available online with selected bundles and throughout English GAME stores when spending £15 on a Pokémon Trading Card Game product. The release of the third England Futsal Promo Card on 18 June 2021 also ties in with the launch of Pokémon Trading Card Game: Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign.

The four England Futsal Promo cards are only available to GAME customers, but to stand a chance of getting a fifth special card all you have to do is register your Club for The FA Pokémon Youth Futsal Programme and you’ll be in with the chance to receive the Pikachu England Futsal Promo Card. These special Pokémon England Futsal trading cards mark Pokémon’s partnership with England Football to promote Youth Futsal and encourage participation in this highly skilful and exciting version of football. Checkd Media, part of Checkd Group, has partnered with leading bookmaker BOYLE Sports to bring back its No Tippy Tappy Football podcast for a new season.

The new partnership with BOYLE Sports, a major player in UK and Irish betting, and the new West Ham sponsors, will see the award-winning podcast return for its most ambitious season yet.

With over 42,600 YouTube subscribers and an audience spanning 150 countries, the podcast saw 4 million views, 282,651 downloads and 8300 new subscribers last season alone.

The No Tippy Tappy Football podcast has run weekly during the regular football season since launching for the 2022 World Cup. Available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms, it will see the return of legendary Premier League manager Sam Allardyce alongside Natalie Pike as hosts, with a range of high-profile guests from the world of football joining throughout the season.

The first episode will launch on 13th August with Chris Powell to coincide with the start of the 2025/26 Premier League season.

Previous guests on the show have included David Moyes, Chris Kamara, Phil Jones, Kevin Nolan, Clinton Morrison and many more, sitting down with Big Sam and Natalie to offer their unique blend of insight and personality on the beautiful game.

The partnership sees the show move into a new state-of-the-art studio, introducing a sharper visual identity and improved production values to better engage its growing audience. All content will be amplified across the Checkd Network, ensuring greater reach across platforms.
