French leading global esports organisation Team Vitality is pleased to reveal V.BOAT, home of the BLAST.tv Paris Major that will level up fan engagement and celebrate the city of Paris. V.BOAT will float along the Seine to celebrate the pinnacle of the CS:GO esports calendar coming to Team Vitality’s hometown, alongside the iconic bateaux mouches.

The floating headquarters will serve as a hub for fans, and play host to a variety of activities including testing their skills against the legendary player at ZywOo’s Corner, reinventing the rules of Rocket League with Zen, Alpha54, and Radosin, attending viewing parties, and more. Adorned with Team Vitality branding, V.BOAT will also serve as a shuttle, taking fans to the Accor Arena for the BLAST.tv Paris Major.

TEAM VITALITY’S V.BOAT, HOME OF THE BLAST.TV PARIS MAJOR

Following their recent success at the BLAST.tv Premier Spring Groups 2023, Team Vitality has secured their spot in the Legends Stage of the BLAST.tv Paris Major, a momentous occasion for the team as they prepare to compete in a major CS:GO tournament on their home soil for the first time.

Recently, the french team also won the IEM Rio 2023, showing their determination and strong mentality throughout the competition.

Nicolas Maurer, CEO of Team Vitality commented, “As this is the first time the CS:GO Major is on our home soil, we wanted to think big. Having our own boat on the Seine is both a real tribute to our Parisian roots, but also offers our fans a unique experience they will remember for years to come. For the first time, they will be able to test themselves against a professional player, and not just any professional player: ZywOo. We hope that our team will carry our French colours as far as possible in the competition to offer them a memorable show!”

FROM TEAM VITALITY STARS ZYWOO TO ZEN, TAILOR-MADE ACTIVATIONS FOR ESPORTS FANS

Throughout the Champions Stage, participants will be able to enjoy both CS:GO matches in Bercy and online, or they can come and have fun on the V.BOAT. Team Vitality has prepared a whole programme of activities with its partners, in which fans can participate all weekend.

For fans unable to attend the event, none other than Julien “Adyboo” Thiry, a key player in French esports, will be in charge of broadcasting every minute of this unique experience on Team Vitality and GG.Bet social media accounts.

  • Reinvent the Rocket League rules – EVNIA (May 20th, 2:30 – 4:30pm)

Our incredible Rocket League french roster Zen, Alpha54, and Radosin will share the day with the Team Vitality community. Fans will be able to invent new rules for playing Rocket League through our social media. After a selection of new rules invented by fans, players will choose the best ruleset. Aboard the V.BOAT, they will be able to challenge Team Vitality players to a match using a selection of the new rules.

  • Challenge the Goat – CHERRY XTRFY (May 20th and 21st, all day)

Take on the CS:GO beast himself! The most confident fans will be able to test their CS:GO skills on an Aimlab level against ZywOo’s score with the chance to win a diploma declaring their level of skill and an overview of their similarities with the French Goat!

  • Dare to Play – JBL QUANTUM (May 20th, from 4.45pm to 6.45pm, and 21st, from 1 to 3 pm)

JBL is going to test the hearing skills of CS:GO fans through a three tiered challenge using JBL Quantum headphones. Firstly, an audio quiz to recognise a CS:GO map. Followed by a shouting competition to try and beat our captain apEX’s decibel score. Lastly, the top 10 will be divided into two teams of five to compete in a BO1 challenge. The best team wins some giveaways… and the ability to boast about shouting louder than apEX!

  • Enjoy a premium moment in the GG.Zone (20th and 21st, all day)

Discover an exclusive VIP and bar lounge area, limited in terms of space, to unwind with catering, and a space to follow the matches Saturday and Sunday.

GRID, an in-game data infrastructure platform trusted by the leading game publishers and sportsbooks, has unveiled GRID Insights — a new AI-driven product delivering real-time, predictive context to live esports broadcasts and betting experiences.

GRID Insights transforms raw gameplay data into dynamic, predictive insights in milliseconds — surfacing real-time narratives like player streaks, weapon stats and record chases, all tailored to the stream’s brand and audience.

“With GRID Insights, we’re building the storytelling engine of live esports, powered entirely by official data. We use official in-game data and real-time pipelines to generate predictions, contextual stats, and behavioral patterns that previously required an analyst team. Now it’s automated and scalable, enabling our partners to create more immersive, informative, and engaging experiences that today’s digital-native audiences expect,” said Moritz Maurer, CEO of GRID.

Thanks to GRID’s deep partnerships with top game publishers and tournament organisers, Insights is built on structured, official data, enhanced by large language models (LLMs) and available via plug-and-play SDKs or APIs. The product supports major esports titles including CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and VALORANT, with full customisation across branding and output formats.

GRID Insights made its live debut during the Champion of Champions Tour Season 3 (CS2), with broader adoption already underway. Among early adopters is the European Pro League (EPL), now integrating GRID Insights into its tournament broadcasts.

“GRID Insights is a game-changer for how fans engage with the action. At EPL, we’re always looking for new ways to elevate the viewer experience—and with GRID Insights, the instant, story-driven context keeps fans both informed and immersed. Whether you’re a dedicated follower or a casual viewer, it makes every moment more exciting,” said Oleksii Krasnikov, CEO of EPL.
