The Star Sydney leadership team has reached a 50/50 split of men and women following two recent appointments to
the executive group reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The Star Entertainment Group has a target of 45% women and 45% men representation in leadership roles across its
properties in Sydney and Queensland, while the remaining 10% reflects scope for any gender identity, including non-binary gender identities.

The result also signals the success of an ongoing commitment to improvement in gender representation. Five years
ago, the equivalent leadership team at The Star Sydney comprised 23% women.

The Star Sydney’s COO, Damian Quayle said that achieving gender equality in the leadership team was the result of a
focused effort including the development of a talent acquisition and recruitment pipeline, fostering an inclusive and
diverse work environment and implementing a group-wide gender equality strategy.

“I am incredibly proud to say that my leadership team reflects a more balanced representation of genders, of our
workforce, of our community and the millions of guests we welcome each year,” Mr Quayle said.

“I wholeheartedly believe that equal representation drives better teamwork, a wider base of experience to drawn upon
and ultimately greater performance.”

The Star Entertainment Group’s Chief People and Performance Officer, Kim Lee added, “We recognise that diversity –
of genders, different cultural backgrounds, experiences and ideas is critical to creating a welcoming environment for
our guests and team members. With more women being elevated to senior roles than ever, The Star is on track to
meet its targets.”

Following the appointments of Sandra Thefs and Christina Lambert, the team now comprises three women and three
men.

Speaking of the two appointments, Mr Quayle said: “Sandra adds over 25 years’ experience in the gaming industry to
the team. She most recently spearheaded delivery of Sovereign, The Star Sydney’s $250 million premium
entertainment and gaming venue.

“Since taking on the role as Director of Hotels, Christina has truly excelled. She has led The Darling Sydney in
maintaining its pre-eminent position as the only luxury hotel to receive the coveted Forbes’ Five Star award. She is now
also responsible for developing a program that ensures that level of service and guest experience is delivered across
our entire property.”

Sandra Thefs, who has been with The Star since 1995 – first as a dealer at Treasury Brisbane, then venturing south for
the launch of ‘Star City’ in 1997 said a strong network of advocates were key to her progression.

“Throughout my time with The Star, I have always been supported in my ambitions to progress my career by my peers
and my managers,” she said. “They instilled the confidence I needed and encouraged me to take up opportunities I
might not have otherwise pursued.

”As Chair of Balance at The Star, our gender equality network, I have seen firsthand the progress we have made in a
short space of time.

“Although there is more work to be done to achieve parity across the board, we have clear direction from our Executive
team, a newly released gender equality strategy to help our targets and a committed workforce all working towards the
same goal.”

The Star Sydney’s Director of Hotel and Guest Experiences, Christina Lambert, said she is thrilled to be part of a
leadership group that values equity, diversity, and inclusion.

“I have had the pleasure of leading The Star Sydney’s hotel team over the last two years, and excited to extend my role
into guest experience across the property,” Ms Lambert said.

“It is important for me to see a balanced representation of genders in our teams, and I’m grateful to be part of that and
ensuring it is reflected across all levels of The Star’s operations.”

Sandra and Christina join Samantha Apps on The Star Sydney‘s leadership team.

Ms Apps joined The Star Entertainment Group in 2017 as General Manager, Group Procurement where she led the
transformation of that function, increasing benefits delivery by 150% over her first two years.

She moved into The Star Sydney’s leadership team in February 2021 as General Manager, Hospitality and Group
Supply Chain. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ms Apps is an active ally and member of the ‘Proud at
The Star’ committee that champions a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for LGBTQI+ team members and
guests, and NSW state representative on Chief Executive Women’s Connect Committee that supports the pathway to
the C-Suite for talented women across Australia.

Get your mops out, this ship is one big floating mess! Only the dirtiest of sailors can sail the seven seas aboard Nolimit City’s latest release, Seamen. This rowdy slot falls in Nolimit City’s classic slot category with the likes of Brute Force: Alien Onslaught, Stockholm Syndrome and Flight Mode.

If you’re 6ft tall, love the open sea and have a taste for working with seamen, then join the White Pearl today! This ship is used to carrying some big loads.

The only thing that stays clean on deck are the reels! Featuring a 3-5-5-3 setup where winning symbols are paid out before triggering a respin. The multiplier on those winning symbols increases by 1 each respin. On each respin, one extra Fire Frame is added to another position. Each position that gets a Fire Frame has its multiplier increased by +1. Winning symbols with a Fire Frame increase by +2.

xWays®

When people say the more the merrier, no one tells you it’s messier. xWays® Symbols reveal 2-4 symbols of the same kind and increase the number of win ways. If more than one xWays® symbol lands on the reels then all xWays® symbols will reveal the same Symbol.

Molotov Fire

To heat up the reels, Molotov Fire transforms itself into a Wild Symbol and adds Fire Frames to all symbols on its column.

Bombs Away

What’s better than fire? That’s right, boys… I mean bombs! Bombs appear on the reels and explode to remove symbols based on their type. Any symbol removed by a Bomb has its position multiplier increased by +1 or +2 if there is a Fire Frame on that position. Be careful, out at sea there is more than 1 type of bomb:

  1. Coconut: Removes itself and increases the position multiplier by 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x or 100x, in addition to the standard multiplier increaser.
  2. Cross Bomb: Removes itself and all regular symbols on its reel and row
  3. Naval Mine: Removes itself and all low paying symbols on the reel area.

Rigged Spins

Thats weird… the deck is slippery but sticky at the same time. Landing 3 Bonus Symbols will trigger 5 Rigged Spins where position multipliers are kept during all the Free Spins.

Super Rigged Spins

Landing 4 Bonus Symbols will trigger 7 Super Rigged Spins where positions are kept during Free Spins. Additionally, to spice up the deck, more Fire Frames are awarded per spin on average.

Extra Spin

Extra Spin returns! Players might get the opportunity to purchase an additional spin when a round ends. The additional spins will keep the position multiplier, Fire Frames and Bonus Symbols of the previous spin. The cost of the spins is calculated based on position multipliers.

Nolimit Boosters

Don’t get caught with your pants down on the slipway. Prepare yourself with the following Nolimit Boosters:

  • Bonus Booster – guarantees a Bonus Symbol on the top position of the second leftmost reel.
  • Big Load Spins – guarantees a spin that starts off with 3x multipliers on all positions.
  • Bigger Load Spins – guarantees a spin that starts off with 6x multipliers on all positions.
  • Coconut Spins – guarantees a spin that starts off with Coconuts on all positions.

Do you have what it takes to join this filthy crew? Seamen has a maximum payout of 20,000x the base bet. Seamen is rated as “Highly Volatile” delivering the thrilling high-stakes gameplay that Nolimit City fans know and love.

Per Lindheimer, Head of Product at Nolimit City, said: “No comment on this one. What more is there to add besides, it’s always a good time when the boys get together. Fire Frames, Bombs and xWays® combine to make one hell of a splash.”

Seamen’ will be available to all Nolimit City partners on August 5th, 2025.

Intralot informs the investment community about the withdrawal of the Maryland contract award Augu

Intralot S.A. informs the investment community that the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Control Agency (USA), despite an initially favorable recommendation, has ultimately rejected the bid submitted by its subsidiary, Intralot, Inc., for the award of a contract for a new Central Lottery Monitoring and Control System in the State. The rejection was based on the alleged failure to meet the minimum required percentage of subcontracting to local subcontractors.

This decision comes as a great surprise, especially considering that Intralot, Inc. had allocated a significantly higher percentage of the project to local subcontractors than the minimum required.

Moreover, the company had provided the Commission with very detailed clarifications, and the Commission was fully aware of the identity and role of these subcontractors. In fact, the Commission innitially ruled that all participants in the bidding process complied with the requirements of the relevant RFP — something the Commission itself acknowledges.

The Company reserves all its legal rights and intends to pursue every legal remedy available to protect the interests of its shareholders. The bid submitted by Intralot, Inc. is technically sound and by far the most financially advantageous, significantly outperforming the second-best offer. Should it not be accepted, the State of Maryland stands to lose a substantial financial benefit.
