kwiff, the super-charged betting service, has signed an enhanced CRM partnership agreement with omnichannel and CDP experts Xtremepush.
A preliminary deal was struck with Xtremepush in September 2022, and this extension gives kwiff complete access to all the capabilities of the provider’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement and CDP Platform. kwiff’s proprietary platform will be leveraged for a deep integration which includes seamless synchronisation with its renowned Reward Hub that gives players an enhanced experience.
The Xtremepush interface permits a holistic overview of player behaviour that adds momentum to kwiff’s mission of having a fully automated, responsive and personalised player communication offering. This works across marketing and operational levels, while simultaneously taking player experience up another level at every point of their lifecycle.
kwiff’s engagement and retention strategy is executed by communicating with players through personalised, real-time messaging via email, SMS, push notifications and a selection of other channels.
