Evolution signs agreement with Les Ambassadeurs Club for on-premise Salle Privée studio and Dual Play tablesReading Time: 2 minutes

Evolution Gaming, leading provider of Live Casino solutions, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Les Ambassadeurs Club, one of London’s most distinguished gambling clubs. Under the terms of the deal Evolution will operate a Mayfair Salle Privée Live Casino studio within the venue and also install Dual Play Roulette and Baccarat ‘convergence’ tables on the club’s gaming floor.

Les Ambassadeurs, or ‘Les A’ as it is referred to by its members, has been welcoming VIP players to its gaming floor and private rooms since the early 19th Century.

The Salle Privée, which will be located behind the scenes at Les A’s No. 5 Hamilton Place, Mayfair address, will comprise a mixture of Baccarat and Roulette tables which will be made available as a B2B service to selected online Live Casino operators.

According to Evolution, the online Salle Privée will operate just like a real Mayfair Salle Privée and offer the highest levels of one-to-one service, choice and flexibility for VIPs. Tables will be available on-demand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and players will be able to request change of dealer, shoe or ball, and to dictate the pace of each game round.

The Dual Play Roulette and Baccarat tables, meanwhile, will allow club members in the actual venue and members online to play and wager in the same games at the same tables on Les A’s gaming floor. By playing remotely on smartphone, tablet or desktop alongside on-premise players at the same table, online players will be able to enjoy the unique ambience of Les A.

Kevin McGowen, Chief Executive of Les Ambassadeurs Club, said: “We believe that Evolution is the only Live Casino provider able to deliver the unique Les A experience online. We are confident that the online offering from Evolution will truly replicate the feeling of playing at Les A and meet the demanding standards of VIP players”

James Stern, Evolution’s Director of Business Development & Land-based Sales, added: “Evolution is honoured to have the opportunity to offer the Les A brand to a limited number of carefully selected operators. Evolution has a distinguished record of creating both remote VIP environments and on-premise studios, but this will be our first on-demand Salle Privée studio sited within a land-based casino.”

All set for court battle of Genting and Wynn

All set for court battle of Genting and WynnReading Time: 1 minute

US District Court Judge Gloria Navarro has set January 29 as the date of legal battle between Wynn Resorts and Genting Las Vegas about a lawsuit that Wynn filed, accusing Genting of copying its design for the Resorts World Las Vegas.

The Judge told the attorneys of both companies that they have to present arguments explaining how Resorts World Las Vegas does not resemble Wynn and Encore’s design. Wynn argues that Genting’s design is similar to the bronze curved glass design from Wynn’s buildings.

Attorneys for Resorts World argue that with nearly two years left to go before the opening of Resorts World Las Vegas, the facility currently consists of a bare, skeletal structure by a few floors of window panelling. “Upon completion, [Resorts World Las Vegas] will look dramatically different from Wynn’s properties, dispelling any suggestion that a reasonable consumer could confuse the two resorts for each other.”

“The architectural design embodied in defendant’s Resorts World Las Vegas hotel and casino is substantially similar to the plaintiff’s registered copyrighted architectural work and therefore the defendant is violating the plaintiff’s copyrights in addition to the plaintiff’s registered and common law trade dress,” reads the lawsuit.

Analyzing How To Uberize The iGaming Industry With A Glocal Approach

Analyzing How To Uberize The iGaming Industry With A Glocal ApproachReading Time: 2 minutes

BtoBet unfolds its latest Industry Report prior to flying to ICE London

With the first years of the iGaming industry defined by the use of inflexible in-house technological solutions, nowadays there is general consensus that the use of technology developed by tech visionaries is the only way forward to guarantee constant innovation and an optimal player experience.

In its latest Industry Report, “Uberizing iGaming with a glocal approach”, BtoBet analyses the industry’s past rigid approach to technology, and its own current endeavour to uberize the market through a harmonization process of cutting edge technology, which easily morphs itself to the different business and market scenarios, constantly adapting itself on a local level.

In his dedicated editorial, BtoBet’s CEO Alessandro Fried states that it is of the utmost importance for operators to have at their disposal advanced technological solutions which they must couple with the right knowledge and expertise from a local perspective in order to meet all their pre-set goals. “It is a must to keep in mind that one size does not fit all. Technology that excels itself in a mature market will not work in a more technologically limited context and thus will have to adapt itself. The eventuality of making it big in one local market does not necessarily mean that adopting the same approach will eventually pan out as expected in another, even if neighbouring, country. Obviously this applies also vice versa. But for this to work out without any hiccups you must also have the correct know-how of all the the various aspects that constitute the context where licensees will be operating.”

The Report also focuses on the unique elements that constitute the White Label Partnership (WLP) Program, the industry’s first real uberization model, where technology and operational services are streamlined in a holistic way for White Label Operators to easily access the online channel, even without their having the prior expertise in this particular field. Particular reference is made to the Latin American region, with the WLP Program expanding in the region via the certified partnership with Wildar Gaming who will start delivering BtoBet’s advanced technologies and operational services in the region to other White Label Operators.

Download BtoBet’s latest industry report and schedule a meeting to meet our team of experts who will be present at ICE London at S1-320 to analyse and understand which approach best fits your operational requirements.
