OneComply Completes Seed Financing Round Led by Warner Investments and Gaming Industry Experts

OneComply is thrilled to announce it has completed its seed financing round led by Warner Investments with participation from gaming industry experts including Katie Lever, Benjie Cherniak and Quintin Singleton. Specific terms of the financing were not disclosed.

The financing will enable OneComply to solidify its position as the market and technology leader in providing purpose-built licensing automation and compliance management solutions specifically designed for the $465B global gaming and sports betting market – including online and bricks and mortar operators, industry vendors, suppliers and service providers – virtually any company that undergoes licensing or compliance in order to do business in the massively expanding North America gaming market.

For decades, licensing and operational compliance has been a largely manual and highly siloed process, relying on the use of spreadsheets, Word documents, emails and file sharing repositories, along with responsibilities spread amongst various departments including legal, compliance, HR, operations and finance.
