In the restful, contemplative state associated with observing or interacting with water, it’s common to experience feelings of awe which creates a strong connection to something beyond ourselves, to the vastness of nature. This feeling of awe can increase our capacity for connection and empathy.”

“If you are not as lucky as I am, that I chose and managed to live and work by the sea, do not despair!
