Black Type launches affiliate programme with Income Access
Income Access technology will power new affiliate programme for UK online bookmaker that streamlines the sports-betting experience for players
Black Type, the London, UK-based online bookmaker with a focus on simplifying and improving the sports-betting experience for UK players, has launched an affiliate programme in partnership with Income Access, Paysafe’s marketing technology and services provider. The new programme will be managed by Black Type using Income Access’ affiliate platform.
Launched in 2016 and powered by an FSB sportsbook platform under a UK Gambling Commission license, Black Type provides players with competitive odds and a high-quality, simplified user experience across a wide range of sports. Bringing a ‘back-to-fundamentals’ focus to the vertical, the brand streamlines pre-match/event and in-play betting on football, horse and greyhound racing, cricket, golf, tennis, rugby union and snooker among other sports.
Black Type also features an online casino, providing players a diverse selection of original slots and table games such as blackjack and roulette. All casino games as well as the brand’s core sports-betting offering can be accessed using Black Type’s new iOS app in addition to the brand’s desktop and mobile sites.
New players are offered a range of promotions, including a £5 bonus for both the sportsbook and casino when players place a £10 bet as well as a 100% casino bonus when players buy-in for between £10 to £100.
The launch of the new Black Type affiliate programme on Income Access’ platform, which has won EGR’s ‘Affiliate Software’ award four times since 2013, will allow affiliates to promote a sportsbook that returns the vertical to its traditional roots. The new programme offers affiliates a range of commission options, including CPA, revenue share deals and the hybrid model.
The programme will be managed by Black Type’s affiliate management team, which have multiple years’ experience in the sportsbook vertical. The team will use the Income Access platform’s ad targeting and attribution capabilities and its suite of more than 30 analytics reports to optimise campaigns.
Stephen Davison, Head of Operations at Black Type, said: “Black Type is excited to partner with Income Access and leverage its market-leading platform to launch and manage our new affiliate programme. Having already gained strong traction in the UK market, we look forward to utilising the affiliate marketing channel to promote the Black Type brand to a wider audience.”
Lorenzo Pellegrino, CEO of Income Access and Digital Wallets at Paysafe, said: “Black Type provides a welcome addition to the competitive UK sports-betting space by offering players a cleaner, simpler and streamlined sports-betting experience. We look forward to supporting the growth of a brand that is as innovative in its approach as it is traditional.”
