Innovative game developer 4ThePlayer .com has announced today that they have been granted a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) and are live across New Jersey, with top tier operators!

This allows 4ThePlayer .com to launch its top-performing titles at licensed operators in the state of New Jersey, the first of many US states into which 4ThePlayer.com will enter this year.

The first game to be launched is 9k Yeti followed by 6 Wild Sharks and 3 Secret Cities in the coming months. Each title has a player-centric innovation that sets it apart from other titles on the market, as well as Big Reel Portrait Mode®, 4ThePlayer’s proprietary mobile display mode that overcomes the challenges of portrait mobile play to create an immersive player experience.

Chris Ash, Business Development Director of 4ThePlayer .com, said, “We are delighted to be granted our transactional waiver and to be live in the USA – this is a milestone for 4ThePlayer and our first step into the exciting US market. We cannot wait for players in New Jersey to enjoy our games and we look forward to further US expansion in additional states soon!

4theplayercom-continues-u.s-expansion-with-full-licensing-in-michigan!

4ThePlayer.com today proudly announced a major milestone in its ongoing US market expansion strategy, as it was granted a full license in the flourishing online casino market of Michigan. This news follows the provisional license that the company was granted in October 2022, reinforcing its established presence in the US market, which started with a live transactional waiver in New Jersey.

4ThePlayer.com has already introduced a selection of its innovative games to Michigan’s dynamic market under the provisional license. These include the flagship titles ‘9k Yeti’ and ‘3 Secret Cities’, with the anticipated ‘6 Wild Sharks’ soon to join the lineup. In addition to these games, the company has a strong roadmap of top-performing titles from other markets ready for introduction. Excitingly, some US-first releases are slated for launch later this year, created specifically with the US market, as well as others, in mind.

Chris Ash, Business Development Director, and co-founder of 4ThePlayer.com, shared his enthusiasm, saying: “We are overjoyed to announce this latest achievement in our US market strategy. Michigan’s online casino market, one of the most successful in the country, presents an exciting landscape for us to share our unique and innovative games with a passionate audience. We are also actively working on expanding our presence into additional states, underscoring our commitment to regulated markets in general. We invite all interested parties to meet us at G2E in Las Vegas for a deeper dive into our exciting plans for the coming year!”

The recent statistics highlight the incredible success of Michigan’s online casino market. The state’s 15 online casinos have reached revenues of at least $150 million in four of the first five months of 2023, marking an 18% increase over May 2022. With a combined revenue of $150.6 million, Michigan’s online casino market has recorded its fifth-highest month ever, demonstrating a flourishing environment for 4ThePlayer.com’s continued growth.

Gaming Realms Signs Distribution Deal with 4ThePlayer

Gaming Realms has signed a commercial deal with 4ThePlayer.com, a mobile-first gambling games developer.

The deal will see 4ThePlayer games integrated onto Gaming Realms’ platform for distribution in the US. This is the first deal of its kind for the London-listed company.

In a statement, Gaming Realms said 4ThePlayer has a growing portfolio of games that align closely with its own Slingo portfolio and by the end of November it expects to have integrated the first game into the platform, followed by four or five further games in 2022.

“We are very excited to be adding a new revenue line to our business by building a selection of 4ThePlayer.com’s games into our platform,” Michael Buckley, executive chair of Gaming Realms, said.

“Their portfolio of games complements Gaming Realms’ own Slingo content, and their decision to partner with us highlights the strength of our distribution network in the US.”

4ThePlayer was founded in 2018 by Andrew Porter and Chris Ash, a Gaming Realms director. Chris Ash will now retire as a director of Gaming Realms due to the potential for conflicts of interests arising from the new partnership.

“Chris joined the board back in 2019 and has provided valuable guidance and strategic advice to the executive management, which has helped to scale our licensing business,” Buckley said.

“Given Chris is a significant shareholder of 4ThePlayer, it is right that he steps down from the Board of Gaming Realms in line with our good corporate governance practice.

“On behalf of the company, I would like to thank Chris for the important contribution he has made to our success.”
